I’ve had this for a while now and it’s still holding up really well. It feels solid and durable, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. Compared to a few similar products I’ve used before, this one definitely seems built tougher and feels like it’ll last longer.

I ordered from orioncaraudio.com and was just expecting the usual mystery of how the carrier was going to treat the box. I’ve had audio gear show up before looking like it got tossed around a warehouse, so I kind of checked it over before even opening it.

After all that, the package was actually in really good shape. The box was clean, no major dents or torn-up corners, and everything inside was packed snug so nothing was shifting around. Nothing fancy, but it worked, and I was happy with how it arrived.

Picked up an amp from orioncaraudio.com hits harder than I thought it would. Was swapping out an older one, and the power difference was noticeable pretty much right away.
Shipping was fine, and setup was simple enough. Haven’t had any weird issues so far, just clean, loud sound. Really happy with it...

It works fine and the sound is decent, so no real complaints there. I just felt like for what it costs, I was expecting a bit more, ya know? Shipping was alright, nothing crazy. Overall it’s not bad at all, just doesn’t feel like the best deal compared to some other car audio stuff I’ve picked up.

I ordered from Orion and ended up needing to send it back. The return process was slow, and every time I reached out, it felt like I was getting passed around with nobody really taking ownership of the issue. Replies took longer than expected, and I had to keep following up. It did get sorted out in the end, but it was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

Not gonna lie, it feels sturdy enough and should hold up fine, but the finish is a bit rougher than I expected. It’s not terrible, just not exactly amazing either.

The bass is okay. It hits, but it gets kind of muddy when I turn it up. It’s not awful. I just expected it to sound cleaner and stronger.

I had an issue with my amp after a few months, so I reached out to Orion Car Audio about the warranty, it could not have gone smoother. They replied quickly, asked for my receipt and a couple photos, and then handled it without making it a whole ordeal. I’m 100% convinced this was one of the easiest warranty claims ever. The replacement is working perfectly now, and I’m definitely happy with the support

I had a question about my order. Customer service got back to me quickly. They were friendly and helped sort it out. It did take one extra day. But overall, it was a good experience.

My gut says the page made it seem more compatible than it actually was. There just wasn’t enough clear info about which models it really works with, so I ended up spending extra time double-checking things and asking around after the fact.
